Using a special blend of Gluten Free Grains, including Quinoa and Long Grain Brown Rice, our baked goods are miraculously moist. You truly cannot tell that they are gluten-free. So the whole family can enjoy our products, even if they don’t have a gluten or dairy sensitivity.
Our muffins and cakes stay moist and delicious for 7 days at room temperature, 2 weeks in the fridge and 4-6 months in the freezer.
